The right choice of color: What colors suit me?

 

Green is not the same as green. And red is not the same as red As would be brick-red, cherry red, Ferrari Red, raspberry red, blood red, vermilion, Hummerrot and scarlet - and these are just one-tenth of the commonly known reds. But which one is right for me?
 
This question I asked myself at an early age because strong red is one of my favorite colors. In my life before color advice (-sausbildung) I could not answer that very clear. After all, it occurred to me that I looked really great in some of my numerous red sweater, but in other somehow not so and I even felt a little uncomfortable in it, without it had been at the material. By "good" shirts my eyes lit even bluer than usual, my lip contour seemed clearer and my complexion fresh. In the other my skin often happened blotchy reddened, the view was kind of tired.

The lower tone makes the music

Today, I realize it's the undertone of the red (or blue, or green, ...) and is determined by the amount of yellow in color. This results in so-called hot or kalttonige colors. Warmtonig are colors whose yellow admixture is greater than 50 percent. Tomato red for example, but also lime green, orange, petrol or rust brown. Kalttonige colors contain less than 50 percent yellow or sometimes even none at all. These include navy blue, pink, mint, lilac and gray.
 
Whether someone should rather pay attention to a high or low proportion of yellow in his clothes colors, is related to his individual Hautcolorit. This is made up of the skin tone, hair color, lip color and eye color. To simplify - because as every person is unique in its appearance, after all, everyone has a very individual color palette - different color analysis systems have been developed to summarize the characteristics of people with certain pigment to color types.

Particularly established itself have the color consultation for dominance types according to the four seasons. These dominances the characteristics of the matching range is described by certain color characteristics. Are available for selection warm / cold, clear / covered and bright / dark.
